 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 2 hours to notify us regarding any damaged/melt gelato received from the time its delivered.
If you found the product to be melt/damaged in transit, you must make a video of unboxing.
If the unboxing video isn’t there & you claim the product to be short on weight or melted then the return may be disqualified.
 Once we receive the video of unboxing along with the complaint, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request.
 We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the video.
 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
 You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment source’s policies.
Shipping costs are non­refundable.
 If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
